At ÉTOILE Champagne Bar, we offer our guests over 50 different French champagnes, of which 20 are available by the glass. Lajos Lutz, Executive Chef of Párisi Passage and member of the Bocuse d'Or Academy, has created the dishes to accompany the French bubbly wonder.
